Our 2022 program has already received an overwhelming amount of requests for assistance this upcoming Holiday Season.  If you would like to get on the waiting list, you may submit your request, however, please note that there are no guarantees of availability for open slots this 2022 Holiday Season.  Please understand that you will only hear from us if we are able to accommodate your request.

Questions: Any requests received that do not answer the questions completely will not be considered for assistance.

  1. Is this for you or a nominee?  If for a nominee we need their complete name, phone number, and email address.

  2. Tell us in detail why you or your nominee need help.

  3. How many children are included in this request? 

We will do our best to accommodate as many families as we can, placing an emphasis on families that have not received assistance in the past.  This will enable us to grant as many wishes as possible.

WE ARE OVERWHELMED WITH REQUESTS FOR 2022. SUBMISSIONS ARE NOT BEING ACCEPTED AT THIS TIME. MANY BLESSINGS.
